Privacy Policy

This policy covers www.curbsideclear.com, run by Curbside Clear LLC, 8567 W 108th Ave, Westminster, CO 80021.

What this website collects

The website itself does not ask for or store your name, address or payment details. It has no account system and no forms that send data to our server.

The “Text us” form on the site only opens the messaging or email app on your own device with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and it then reaches us like any other text or email.

Booking and payment

Online bookings are taken through our booking provider, iCANS, on its own website (app.icans.ai). The details you enter there — name, delivery address, phone, email and payment — are collected and processed by iCANS for us so we can deliver and pick up your dumpster.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure which ads lead to bookings and calls. These services set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site. Google Ads may also use this to show our ads to people who have visited the site before.

You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or clear and block cookies in your browser. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to schedule, deliver and pick up your rental, to contact you about your order, and to answer your questions.
